Unavoidably, Facebook automatically disconnects all social accounts from their HubSpot accounts ever 3 months.
Notification:
When Facebook disconnects the social account, it will send romi.dexter@hypeanddexter.nz an email with the subject line "It looks like Facebook {client} is disconnected in HubSpot social".
How to resolve:
- This email will contain a CTA with a link that will take you to "https://app.hubspot.com/social/XXXXXXX/settings/accounts". Where XXXXXXX is, is the clients unique HubSpot Code.
- In the Social Settings HubSpot Page, you need to click "The Connect Account" button and on the pop-up, click the Facebook & Instagram option.NOTE: A condition of being able to connect accounts is having access to the clients social accounts.
