Reconnecting a Social Account

Unavoidably, Facebook automatically disconnects all social accounts from their HubSpot accounts ever 3 months.


When Facebook disconnects the social account, it will send an email with the subject line "It looks like Facebook {client} is disconnected in HubSpot social".


How to resolve:

  1. This email will contain a CTA with a link that will take you to "". Where XXXXXXX is, is the clients unique HubSpot Code.
  2. In the Social Settings HubSpot Page, you need to click "The Connect Account" button and on the pop-up, click the Facebook & Instagram option.NOTE: A condition of being able to connect accounts is having access to the clients social accounts.
