This session confirms that what was sold can be delivered, that risks and dependencies are understood, and that roles, responsibilities, and timelines are aligned before kick-off.

Purpose

  • Validate scope and deliverables match the approved quote or SOW

  • Confirm risks, blockers and dependencies with agreed mitigations

  • Confirm client responsibilities, inputs and RASCI

  • Validate resourcing approach and timeline feasibility

  • Align next steps required for sign-off and scheduling

Length & Facilities

  • Allow 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on project size and complexity

  • If onsite, please provide:

    • Presentation room access 15 minutes prior

    • Screen with HDMI or universal connector

    • Guest Wi-Fi details in advance

  • Used to confirm readiness to proceed to sign-off and kick-off scheduling
