Meeting Agenda & Explanation
Purpose
This session is your introduction to the Hype & Dexter Project Manager, to discuss at a high level some key streams of work, involved stakeholders and to schedule a kick-off call with the relevant stakeholders on the project.
Discussion can also include ways of working - such as what platforms/software is best to use, time zone considerations and other operational issues relating to the programme of work.
This session is usually held online but can be in-person if the meeting location suits everyone.
