Installing Custom Integrations via Integration Glue
To begin, navigate to https://my.integrationglue.com and log in to your account. If you do not yet have an account, please follow the prompts to create one.
Selecting "Install apps" will direct you to a comprehensive list of Integration Glue applications. Your specific app will be identified for you. Please note that your custom integration will only be visible and installable within your individual account. If you do not see it listed, kindly reach out to the Hype & Dexter team, who can facilitate the necessary configuration in Integration Glue to enable your account to install the custom integration.
To proceed, locate your custom integration name in the list and click on the 'Install' button adjacent to it. This action will redirect you to HubSpot. Upon logging in, you will need to select the specific portal where you wish to install the integration. Once you have made your selection, you will be prompted to connect your custom integration to your HubSpot portal.
Please be aware that the integration is granted access to HubSpot on behalf of the user who installs it. Consequently, if the HubSpot user who performed the installation is removed from the HubSpot portal, the integration will lose its access. In such cases, you will need to reinstall the integration through the Integration Glue portal.
Upon successful connection, you will be redirected back to Integration Glue, where you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your custom integration is now installed on your HubSpot portal.
Once the integration is successfully installed, it will have access to your HubSpot account. At this stage, Hype & Dexter may need to perform additional configuration to develop workflows within your portal that leverage the new features introduced by the integration.
