Product Overview: Custom Marketing Solution

This article gives an overview of what's included within our custom marketing product and it's related sessions.

Product Purpose:

This product is aimed at clients that have been utilising Marketing Hub and require expert consultation, training and configuration to optimise their setup and overall experience.

Who typically attends these sessions

Anyone who has been using Marketing Hub and is closest to it's related goals and challenges. Sessions are limited to three client attendees.

H&D Facilitator

Typically these sessions are facilitated by the Marketing Lead on Your Project.

Timing

Discovery Session can be ran immediately after project kick-off, review session can be held a minimum of three days later and training once all configuration is complete and reviewed. 

Session 1: Discovery Session

Purpose: 

A collaborative session hosted by Hype & Dexter to review and evaluate the client's current marketing hub to identify pain points, challenges and opportunities.

Agenda:

  • Introduction to the team who will be managing the custom marketing stream for Hype & Dexter and who will be involved from the client side.
  • Client walks through the areas of frustration, improvement and audit requirements within their Marketing Hub.
  • Rank the identified areas of most effort and impact via prioritisation matrix.
  • Identify key areas for Marketing Training .
  • Using the above transcribed information the marketing lead will create a proposed how the scoped man hours can be best utilised towards reaching your goals.

Session 2: Review

Purpose: A collaborative session hosted by Hype & Dexter to provide the proposed utilisation of scoped man hours, audit findings and training plan.

Agenda:

  • Run through the key findings from the audit along with proposed areas to focus configuration hours.
  • Align on the above and revise as required based on client feedback.
  • Confirm if further hours will be required in order to meet requirements.
  • Marketing Lead to use the captured information to divide up hours into individual tasks accordingly.

Session 3: Marketing Hub Training

Purpose: This session is the ideal opportunity to learn how to navigate HubSpot's marketing tools, such as building campaign landing pages, managing the marketing database, publishing posts to social media and much more.

This is a "hands on" session, so all attendees should be prepared to engage with the HubSpot portal.

  • Overview of marketing with HubSpot
  • Walk through of the Marketing Hub Features available to you
  • Getting the most out of HubSpot
