Who typically attends these sessions
We recommend a small, focused group to keep the session effective, with a maximum of 6 client attendees. The ideal attendees are those who can make informed decisions about the project's direction and inclusions, aligned with your organisation's core objectives and the project's scope, budget, and timeline.
This session requires Senior Business Leadership responsible for the business goals, Marketing and Content Leadership roles, and top performers/influencers from those departments who will be the primary users or stakeholders of the new platform.Timing
This Session is the start of your Website/Web App Detailed Discovery. It will occur at the beginning of your CMS project stream, typically within the first couple of weeks from kick-off.
If your project is a CMS only project, i.e. it is not combined with other integrations, CRM onboarding, marketing, etc, then this will be within a week of your kick-off.
All following CMS sessions and delivery cycles will be driven from this session.
