Length & Facilities

The duration of your Sales Design workshop will depend on the sales product level. This will be either a half day, full day or two days.

If we are doing this session at your location we will need:

  • Access to the presentation room 15m prior to the session to setup
  • A projector or screen to present on with HDMI or Universal Connector (if your screen does not support these formats please let us know prior to the session)
  • Access to WiFi (please send us details prior to the session)

Your team will need to bring:

Just themselves, but it really helps if they can do any prework/thinking around...
  • Current and ideal Sales Process
  • KPIs/What they need to report on/Measure, etc
  • Any common emails that are currently sent to customers as part of existing processes

Who typically attends these sessions

Anyone who needs to be involved with how the Sales team will use the CRM. Typically these are individuals within Sales Leadership Roles, top Sales Performers/Influencers and Senior Business Leadership wanting to be involved in the detailed design of the CRM.
These sessions are limited to 3-5 client attendees and assume an existing knowledge of Sales CRM concepts and some existing experience with Sales Process Design or Sales Team Leadership.

H&D Facilitator

Typically these sessions are facilitated by the Sales Design Lead + Sales Design Configurator on Your Project. 

    Timing

    As an indication this Session needs to be scheduled at least 2-3 weeks prior to your team starting to use HubSpot for Essentials and EssentialsPlus implementations and 3-5 weeks for Accelerator and Enterprise implementations. Your internal training rollout needs to be accounted for within this period, please discuss with your PM.
