Length & Facilities

CRM Guided sessions start from 4 hours (Essentials) to 3 days (Enterprise) - your PM will advise the scheduled length of your session and detailed agenda at kick-off. 

If we are doing this session at your location we will need:

  • Access to the presentation room 15m prior to the session to setup
  • A projector or screen to present on with HDMI or Universal Connector (if your screen does not support these formats please let us know prior to the session)
  • Access to WiFi (please send us details prior to the session)

Your team will need to bring:

A laptop

Typical Attendees

These sessions are limited to 5 client attendees and assume an existing knowledge of the CRM.
Attendees will depend on whether you are focusing on Sales or Service processes, but will typically include:
  • Managers and current Sales or Service process experts and influencers
  • Attendees need the authority to define and make decisions around CRM process steps for how HubSpot will be used
  • Should include everyone who needs to make decisions on the final CRM processes as this is an important session for our CRM Facilitators to understand your organisation and how you operate, but also for your team to collaborate and make decisions
  • An important session for CRM Champions
  • Note that during this session we will ask your team to make a number of decisions, if you have any individuals attending who are more natural introverts who prefer to absorbe and think about questions before making a decision please let us know if they would like an additional session prior to the workshop to walk through the types of questions and decisions we will be walking through 

H&D Facilitator

Typically these sessions are facilitated by the Project Lead + Sales/ Marketing Design Configurator on Your Project.
