Client Workshop: CRM Guided Session

Meeting Agenda & Explanation 

Purpose

This session is to demo the Sales Hub & CRM platform and capture requirements for configuration with HubSpot.

Agenda:

  1. Recap on process progress
  2. Features available in your Sales Hub Licence
  3. Configuring your HubSpot experience
  4. Walk through of key features
  5. Configuring your Deal pipeline
  6. Configuring your Contacts, Companies and Leads

Outcomes & Outputs:

  • Demo Sales Hub & CRM 
  • Capture requirements for config
  • How the Sales CRM will be used by the sales team
  • Deal flow
  • Lead scoring

Length & Facilities

Allow 4 hours for this session 

If we are doing this session at your location we will need:

  • Access to the presentation room 15m prior to the session to setup
  • A projector or screen to present on with HDMI or Universal Connector (if your screen does not support these formats please let us know prior to the session)
  • Access to WiFi (please send us details prior to the session)

Your team will need to bring:

A laptop

Who typically attends these sessions

Any key Sales & Marketing stakeholders that are involved in the CRM management. 
These sessions are limited to 3 client attendees and assume an existing knowledge of the CRM.
 

H&D Facilitator

Typically these sessions are facilitated by the Project Lead + Sales/ Marketing Design Configurator on Your Project.
