Purpose

Create a brief for your marketing requirements ahead of your HubSpot configuration

Agenda

  1. Discuss existing marketing platforms
  2. Discuss existing advertising platforms
  3. Discuss platform connections and integrations that might be required
  4. Marketing landing page, blog page and email template requirements
  5. Your business objectives and marketing goals
  6. Identify any past or existing high performing & low performing campaigns*
  7. Your content requirements*
  8. Reporting requirements
  9. Email subscription preferences
  10. Existing documentation: Your brand guidelines, personas, profiles, and other research
  11. Your team, people and roles
  12. Training requirements

*Note that these will only be covered if this is a part of the project scope.

Outcomes & Outputs

  • Alignment on your requirements so we can deliver the Marketing Enablement stream to meet your needs

Length & Facilities

Allow up to one hour for this session

If we are doing this session at your location we will need:

  • Access to the presentation room 15m prior to the session to setup
  • A projector or screen to present on with HDMI or Universal Connector (if your screen does not support these formats please let us know prior to the session)
  • Access to WiFi (please send us details prior to the session)

 

Who typically attends these sessions

Marketing Leadership Roles & top performers/influencers from those departments.  
These sessions are limited to 6 client attendees and assume an existing knowledge of your marketing tech stack and marketing requirements.

H&D Facilitator

These sessions will be booked in by your Project Manager and are facilitated by your Hype & Dexter Marketing Lead.

    Timing

    This session can be scheduled as soon as possible after the project kick off.
